1 pkg. Plain Cream Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - grated
1 cup Cheddar cheese - grated
1 cup Salsa
2 fresh tomatoes - diced
2 cups fresh minced crabmeat
1 cup green onion - diced
In a medium baking dish, press the cream cheese into the bottom of the dish making sure it covers the surface completely. Pour the salsa over the cheese and spread evenly. Repeat layering with minced crab, shredded cheese and tomatoes. Finish the dish with a hefty sprinkling of green onion.
The dip can be served warm or cold. To warm, place the dish over indirect heat on the grill until the cheeses have softened.
