Recipe for Fish Salad

1/2 lb. to 1 lb. raw fish (any white fish), sliced
sashimi style
1 sweet round onion, sliced
2 to 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 tbsp. miso
1 tbsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Add water to dry mustard to make paste. 2. Add to the mustard, rest of the ingredients. 3. Add fish, mix well. 4. Add onion and mix. 5. Add tomatoes, just before serving. Otherwise it gets watery.

Recipe for Fish Salad

Chopped fish in sm. pieces, salmon is best (raw)
Juice from 2 lemons
1 c. malt vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. salt
Hot peppers, if desired

Let set 24 hours, rinse well. Add juice from 1 lemon, 2 chopped tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon malt vinegar. Let set for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
