Recipe for Oysters with a Tomato Salsa

Serves 1: (cold appetizer)
2 tomatoes cut in small cubes
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 ounces pesto
4 oysters on the half shell

Mix the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and pesto together. Place 1/2 ounce on each oyster and serve.
