1 can tomato soup
2 (4 oz.) bars cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. onion & celery, chopped
Dash of salt
16 oz. raw shrimp (sm. frozen)
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. hot water
Over low heat cream tomato soup and cream cheese together. Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt and raw shrimp to the soup mixture. Mix the gelatin and water until dissolved. Add the gelatin mixture to the shrimp mixture and pour into mold. Spray mold with Pam or similar product to keep from sticking.
