Recipe for Shrimply Delicious Fish Spread

Makes 3 cups spread
1/2 pound cooked flaked sea trout or other flaked fish
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon horseradish
Crackers

Combine soup and cream cheese in 1-quart mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in fish, parsley, salt, and horseradish; chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
